This was my second fabulous year doing Christmas at Erin’s home. We love how comfortable, clean, and well stocked this cute apartment is. Erin responds quickly and was super helpful to ensure we had everything we needed to make this a magical winter getaway for the holiday season. Will definitely be back!

My friends and I had a great stay at this Airbnb for New Years! The space was very clean, well maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around the area. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and I found happily stay here again if and when I return to Burlington. Errin and the other hosts were very responsive and communicative. My friends and I would recommend it to others.

Errin was great and very responsive when I had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi. She replied quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. The washer and dryer were a big help, and the space itself was very spacious and comfortable. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Great little spot! Came to watch a band at radio bean, which is a 2 minute walk down the street! Super cozy and honestly would love to stay again. It’s just a bit tricky to find, coming for your first time. But other than that great stay!

Location, location, location! We frequent Burlington a lot and absolutely loved that this Airbnb was located within walking distance to our favorite restaurant Hen of the Wood and all of the shops on Church Street. The interior was immaculately clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! We will be back.

Erin’s place was located in a quiet neighborhood, at least this time of year. Parking was easy and ample. The bed was comfortable, the heating system very adjustable ( i like it on the cooler side), and great black out curtains in the bedroom. Two drawbacks yet in no way deal breakers: very few places to put my backpack or spread out with my papers and computer. There was a small table in the kitchen where I did some work. There is a fairly steep set of inside stairs on the way up to the apartment door. Easy to maneuver, just tricky with luggage. Space is neat, very clean, not cluttered. I would definitely stay there agin.

We enjoyed how spacious the apartment was & the local neighborhood feel. It worked great for our family while visiting our kiddo at UVM. He was grateful to have his own room instead of the dorm. The apartment was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed walking to Chick’s Market & downtown Winooski. Would definitely stay here again.

The North End Pad was super cute and comfortable and spotlessly clean!! It was conveniently located within walking distance to Church St. and other Burlington attractions. Despite being in a tightly populated neighborhood, it was extremely quiet. We had the best night’s sleep on the super comfortable memory foam mattress. The entrance involves a steep flight of stairs, which was fine for us but just sharing in case it may present a challenge for others. Highly recommend this place for an individual or couple, it’s just the right amount of space with all the amenities to feel right at home. And the off street parking space was key! Thank you, Errin for a great stay!!

Mooi en ruim appartement. Erg goede bedden. Errin reageerde snel op een defecte koffiemachine. Vervanging voor een nieuwe stond vroeg in de avond voor de deur. Grote klasse!! Een absolute aanrader!!
