Our stay here was amazing! Errin and Seth were very responsive and helped communicate instructions and expectations efficiently. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice stay in Burlington.

I had a great time at Errin’s place. It was within great walking distance of downtown burlington, the waterfront, and many different restaurants. Errin is very friendly and responsive. The place is perfect for one or two people. Would definitely recommend.

Great spot if you’re looking to checkout downtown Burlington for a few nights. Very good location. Easy walk to lots of shopping and great restaurants / bars. Can be a little noisy outside late at night when bars close.

This was our third stay at Errin’s carriage house, and it continues to exceed our expectations every time. The space is tucked away and wonderfully peaceful, offering just the right balance of privacy while still being an easy walk to everything Burlington has to offer. Our dogs always settle in immediately, which makes it feel even more like a home away from home. It’s officially become our go-to spot for overnight trips to Burlington, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Great place to stay while visiting our son at UVM! Close to campus and a short, easy walk to Church Street. Carriage house was clean and comfortable and exactly as described and shown. We also really appreciated having an off-street parking space in the snow. Would definitely book with Errin again for a future stay in Burlington.

Errin’s home was so lovely and such an amazing location! It was the perfect place to stay for a few days in Burlington. And Errin was super friendly and helpful! We will definitely be reaching out to stay here again the next time we’re in Vermont! :)

Very cozy spot! I lived in Burlington for 5 years and can confirm this house is in a great location— walkable to downtown, Old North End, waterfront, & UVM campus (if you’re willing to go up a big hill)

Errin's place is very conveniently located to all the Burlington restaurants. I walked everywhere to town in January. Great coffee place (Kru) around the corner where I grabbed a pastry and coffee every morning. The house is super comfortable, really clean, and super warm and cozy in the winter!

This was my second fabulous year doing Christmas at Erin’s home. We love how comfortable, clean, and well stocked this cute apartment is. Erin responds quickly and was super helpful to ensure we had everything we needed to make this a magical winter getaway for the holiday season. Will definitely be back!

Errin was great and very responsive when I had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi. She replied quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. The washer and dryer were a big help, and the space itself was very spacious and comfortable. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it.
