Downtown winooski is a short 5-10 min walk from the house, with many options for local food, drinks, & music! Go to Oak 45 for wine, Miserly Loves Company for wonderful locally produced food & crafted drinks, Tiny Thai for thai food, Scout & Company for coffee, tea, & ice cream, the Monkey Bar for live music, and many more! There's a beautiful river and dam at the end of the downtown area-it's gorgeous!

Enter to the door to the right, Apartment B, on the porch, go up the stairs, and the door enters into the kitchen to your left, bedroom number one is to your right, & the bathroom is in front of you.

You will be renting a 2 bdrm 1 bath apartment. The apartment is the upstairs apartment in a duplex with a yard, one off-street parking spot on the left of the driveway in front of the garage. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to downtown Winooski offering dining and live music options, as well as the beautiful Winooski river and waterfront trails for walking in nature. Some IMPORTANT RULES to note: 1) Unfortunately at this time there is no fire pit allowed outside (safety/liability) 2) Hot tub and yard are available but may be shared with guests in airbnb below. 3) No glass, or smoking of anything in or within 2 feet of the hot tub (safety) 4) No intoxication of any kind while using hot tub (safety/liability) 5) Porch is non-smoking (as is the house) and unavailable after 7pm. 6) Sorry for all the rules, but we'd prefer to avoid problems :-)

Other Details to Note

There will be a $75 additional request made if the hot tub is not respected. There is an additional fee of $200 for cleaning if you smoke Anything in the house including marijuana

Winooski is a short walk, about 10 minutes, and Burlington is a short drive, about 10 minutes away at most. 4 minute drive to the highway to get on your way to Montreal (1.5hours away), Montpelier (45min), Boston (3.5h), or New York City (5.5h). Obviously quicker if you have a need for speed :)
